Shopping Basket Page

On the Shopping Basket page you can see the contents of your basket and the cost of your order. You can modify your order on this page, if you wish to take an item out of the basket or change the quantity ordered. The next step is to press 'Checkout' where we start to gather your delivery details to complete your order.

Checkout Pages

On proceeding from the shopping cart we must gather your details so that we can complete your order. Once you proceed past the "Confirmation" page to the secure payment page, then an entry is made in our database whilst we await confirmation that your payment has been authorised. You will see a 4 stage process to go through.
  1. Billing
  2. Delivery
  3. Payment
  4. Confirmation
1) You should fill in details of your billing address - this will be the address logged against your credit card / debit card and will be used by the merchant banks to verify your card details and prevent fraud.
2) You should then enter your delivery address, by either selecting the Billing address you entered previously (simply click the selected button) OR enter new delivery address details if you wish the goods to be despatched to an alternative address (This address will control the V.AT charged / not charged against your order) .
3) You now have a quick selection of the method in which you wish to pay for your products - currently we offer 3 methods - Credit Card (or debit card), Cheque, Telephone Payment or Gift Voucher. If you select the gift voucher choice, or Offer Code, then simply enter in your Gift Voucher/Offer code and click proceed - you will have a chance to make up any difference via your credit card or alternate method stated.
4) On the final screen, you will be asked to review the details and confirm - please remember to click the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" tick box before proceeding. You may also enter any Purchase Order number you would like to be included with the order receipt.
You will now be taken to the secure area of our payment processors - you will now see the padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window (in Internet Explorer). Should you have any further enquiries please contact us on 01494 431200 (9am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday)

Q: Why do I need to enter my Credit Card Details each time I buy something? A: To further ensure absolute security, we do not store your credit card information. If you choose to register and create an online account, then we will store your order history and shipping/delivery address for your convenience and a faster shopping experience, but will never store your sensitive card information anywhere on our site or database.

Q: Do I need any specific settings in my browser? A: If you have disabled receiving 'cookies' on your web browser, you must enable this feature, otherwise you will be unable to add any goods to your shopping basket. In addition, you should also allow javascript (not required for ordering) to run within the browser.

Q: Are my personal details used elsewhere? A: No. Your details are not passed on to any third party, apart from the relevant details such as delivery address needed for delivery of your items.

Q: What happens if I need to shut the browser before I have finished ordering? A: Your order will not be taken unless you complete and submit the checkout process and get confirmation shown on our Payment Gateway's final payment page - try returning to our web site to see if your shopping cart still retains the items you placed in it. You can then proceed to checkout to complete. Alternatively, give us a call (on 01494 431200) and we will try to resolve any problems you might be experiencing.

Getting in Touch

For any enquiries concerning delivery of your goods please email us on quoting your order reference number and the date of your order.

Q: Who do we use?

We use our own delivery team or a reputable national courier service.

All of our delivery services are a "signed for" service. This means that our driver will only deliver the goods if there is someone to sign for and accept the delivery. The recipient must check the goods to confirm that the products have been received in good order.

If there is nobody available when the driver tries to deliver your order, you will need to contact us to rearrange another delivery time. This will incur an additional delivery charge.

Q: What are the delivery charges?

England and Wales - £25 (unless otherwise specified)
Other UK Destinations - Price on Application
Overseas - Ex works
Optional - Client to collect from our Showroom

Q: How long to deliver my items?

Unless items are in stock, delivery will be approximately 4-6 weeks. We will liaise with you once the goods are ready for delivery in order to establish a convenient date.

Q: What is your Returns Policy?

A:As most of our products are only available to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item was delivered in a faulty condition or was not what you purchased. If you need to return a FAULTY item, or an item received as a result of an error by us, we will be happy to pay for the item to be returned to us - and you will be given the choice of a full refund or a replacement item. Please Note: the product will be your responsibility until it reaches us - we therefore recommend you send the parcel using a service that insures you for the value of the goods. In the event of a faulty product, you must notify us in wirting within 24hours of delivery otherwise we will be unable to accept a claim.

Q: What laws protect me?

A: The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provides protection to consumers who buy goods over distance selling. Types of distance selling include: on the Internet or digital television; by mail order, including catalogue; and shopping by phone by fax.
